Big Features

Monday.com: Board Triggers and Actions

If your team lives in Monday.com, StackAI now meets you there. You can trigger workflows when a field or status changes on a board, and interact with boards directly from your workflows - read items, find rows by column value, create new items, and update column values. That means a status flip on a board can kick off an entire automation, and the results land right back where your team is already working.

Parsing: Word Tracked Changes Are Now Understood

Legal and compliance teams live in tracked changes - and until now, parsing a .docx silently ignored them, dropping some of the most important information in the document. Word files are now parsed revision-aware, so insertions and deletions survive into your workflows and knowledge bases. If your documents carry redlines, your agents finally see them too.

Usage Dashboard: Redesigned Around Cards and Token Credits

Keeping tabs on consumption used to mean squinting at a dense progress view that didn't always match what you were actually entitled to. The usage screen has been rebuilt around clean cards, and it now displays token credit spending straight from your plan's entitlements - the same source of truth that enforces your limits. What you see is what's actually being counted.

New Integrations & Actions

  • Databricks - 8 write actions: inserts from JSON, parameter-bound updates, deletes, merges, and more

  • Google Forms - new read-only integration: retrieve forms, list responses, and read individual responses

  • Zendesk - Create Ticket action

  • Fireflies - Get Transcript and Search Transcripts actions

  • Notion - Write to Notion Database action

  • HubSpot - Search action with associations

  • HubSpot - Get Emails from Company and Get Emails from Contact actions

  • Asana - pre-configured MCP server

Quality of Life

Projects: Health Badge for Recent Failed Runs

Finding out a project was failing used to require opening it and digging through run history. Projects now show a health badge when recent runs have failed, so you can spot trouble from the dashboard at a glance and jump straight to the project that needs attention.

Knowledge Base Node: Retries and an On-Failure Branch

Transient upstream hiccups — like an embeddings API rate limit — could fail a KB node and take the whole workflow down with it. The KB node is now retryable and supports an on-failure branch, so your workflows can ride out temporary errors or route around them gracefully instead of stopping cold.

New Workflows Default to GPT-5.4

Fresh workflows and templates now start on GPT-5.4 out of the box — the best price-performance default for most workflows. You can always switch any node to a bigger model when the task calls for it.

Dashboard: New Design System Rollout

Dashboard surfaces have moved onto our new design system, replacing a patchwork of older styles. Things look and feel more consistent today — and this extends dark mode's reach to surfaces that hadn't caught up yet.

Power BI Files Accepted

You can now work with .pbix files in your workflows. Power BI reports no longer need to be converted or worked around before they enter a flow.

Bug Fixes:

  1. Slack triggers fire for private channels and DMs - the on-new-message trigger no longer ignores messages outside public channels.

  2. Subflow tool routing preserved with on-failure branch - enabling the failure branch no longer breaks tool routing inside subflows.

  3. Nested project node outputs resolve correctly - outputs from project nodes nested inside sub-projects no longer fail to resolve.

  4. SharePoint polling trigger deduplicated - the trigger no longer fires duplicate executions for the same change.

  5. SharePoint URLs accepted in Parse Files - SharePoint links are now recognized as a valid file type by the Parse Files node.

  6. MCP integration works with spec-compliant servers - connections no longer fail against servers that follow the MCP spec strictly.

  7. OpenAI responses returned as proper JSON objects - JSON-mode outputs now arrive as structured objects instead of malformed payloads.

  8. Knowledge base list loads much faster - large workspaces now load the list in a fraction of the time.

  9. Human-in-the-loop copy and download buttons restored - approval prompts render their copy and download controls again.

  10. DocuSign errors are clearer - failed DocuSign actions now surface useful error messages instead of opaque ones.

  11. Looker placeholder and error text corrected - the connector shows accurate placeholder guidance and error messaging.

  12. Box search fixed - search query parameters are now passed correctly, so results match what you asked for.

  13. Interface URLs disabled until publish - an interface's URL can no longer be visited before the interface is actually published.

  14. Workflows with skipped nodes now finish - runs containing skipped branches complete instead of hanging.

  15. Chat assistant runs tagged correctly - assistant conversations are recorded with their own run type, keeping usage reporting accurate.

  16. API runs always recorded as API - runs triggered via the API are logged as such regardless of which key type was used.

  17. Parse Files output matches the Files node - swapping one for the other no longer breaks downstream nodes.
