Top K, metadata filtering, and retrieval strategy on the Search KB action used to be locked as static configs. They're now regular inputs, which means your agent can choose them dynamically - tighter retrieval for one knowledge base, broader search for another, all in the same workflow.
Integrations Page Revamp
The public integrations page and its detail pages got a full design refresh - a cleaner hero, clearer cards, and restructured action sub-pages. Browsing what StackAI connects to is now much easier on the eyes.
Projects Table: See Your Models at a Glance
The projects table now shows logos for the LLMs and tools each project uses, with columns reordered to put the most useful information first. Scanning a long list of projects to find the right one is quicker than ever.
YouTube: Pick Transcript Languages from a Dropdown
The Extract Transcript action now fetches the languages actually available for a video and presents them in a dynamic dropdown. No more guessing language codes and hoping the transcript exists.
Chat: Smarter Follow-Up Questions
Suggested follow-up questions in chat are now phrased from the user's perspective instead of the assistant's - so clicking one reads like something you would actually ask.
Bug Fixes:
Outlook CC recipients receive one email - cc-ed contacts no longer get duplicate copies of the same message.
Jira issue type duplicates removed - the issue type dropdown no longer lists the same type multiple times.
OneDrive Create File validates inputs - file names and content types are checked up front instead of failing downstream.
SharePoint Upload File accepts text content - uploads now work with plain text bodies, matching OneDrive behavior.
SharePoint knowledge bases index same-name files - files sharing a name and size no longer get skipped during indexing.
SharePoint sync retries transient errors - knowledge base loads recover automatically from momentary SharePoint hiccups.
Knowledge base citations show correct page numbers - cited pages now match the actual source document.
Knowledge base queries fall back gracefully - searches keep working when the primary embedding provider is unavailable.
Azure OpenAI connection checks stabilized - health checks are pinned to a GA API version so valid connections no longer show as failing.
